A Prayer of Thanks and Supplication

For our churches to pray:

O Merciful Father, who art the Author of life, and who in Thy mercy hast arranged at last the reversal of the 49-year scourge of a national ruling that had legalized abortion, make us to be truly thankful that Thou hast graciously heard our prayers and lamentations for the great multitude of these helpless unborn infants, and we beseech Thee in Thy clemency to turn the hearts of  those still blinded about the unspeakable horrors of abortion, and to come to the speedy aid of those infants yet in danger of meeting such a horrible end. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
