Bow Down to Your New Christ

blasphemy.jpg

Yes. The picture above is real. Yes. It is blasphemy. Yes. This was the goal all along.

Today the Church remembers Dunstan of Canterbury. He was a reformer in the 10th century English church. I’ll spare you the lesson on him for now. Fr. Fabrizius and Fr. Weedon are much better equipped anyway! I bring him up for now because the Gospel that is read on this day is written in the Gospel according to Matthew the 24th chapter. In those words of Jesus comes a warning.

Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it.

There! Your false christ, your false savior, stands before you! He’s preformed signs and wonders! Are you yet to believe, O you of little faith?!

Satan continues to love what has happened to the Church on earth. This was the end-game all along. We were driven from our churches and told that online worship was the same. We submitted to the demands in cowardice waiting on unlawful mandates to be lifted thinking that everything would be better soon. Yet when we were “allowed” to return to our churches, many of our people didn’t. Over and over again as we called our people, they assured us they would be back, but the above picture is the reason that so many won’t. The One true God has been replaced with a new god. It can’t get much clearer than the fact that such an iconic statue, Christ Our Redeemer, has been lit up not to proclaim that indeed Christ is our redeemer but that a vaccine is.

Now more than ever in our lifetimes before we must proclaim Jesus Christ in truth and condemn these idols who the whole world has gone after. May God grant us the strength to stand and the mouth to proclaim in these days. (Perhaps these are the days of another reformation.) For you, the hearers, remain steadfast in the one true faith. If any of you think that things will get easier as the days go on, think again.
