You have to have a system, a protocol, an order to follow in chunks over time. You can’t wait till you’re inspired. You can’t wait till you feel like it. It has to be done, week in and week out. In this episode, we discuss one way of doing things. If you’ve already got your protocol, then maybe you can learn something to add. If you don’t, then maybe this gives you a place to start and build from.
